Reservation data

Reservation forms collect the selected apartment, first and last name, email address, phone number, country, number of adults, number of children, requested check-in date, requested check-out date, message, consent timestamp, and technical security logs only when necessary for rate limiting and abuse protection.

Reservation data is stored in the database until one month after the end of the reservation, unless a longer retention period is legally required.

Contact inquiries

Contact forms collect the name, email address, message, and timestamp needed to answer the inquiry.

Contact inquiries are sent by email to the host and kept only as long as necessary to respond or continue communication.

Local analytics

This website stores first-party analytics events on its own server to measure page visits, booking flow usage, and successful contact or reservation submissions.

Analytics records may include the visited path, locale, timestamp, anonymized IP hash, and an anonymous browser identifier generated in local browser storage. These records are kept for up to 12 months and are not shared with third-party advertising platforms.

Email communication

Reservation confirmations and inquiry confirmations are sent from info@loro.hr to the email address entered in the form.

Booking and contact notifications are sent to lovreklanac97@gmail.com.
